The Bourillon Dorléans estate, founded in 1921 by Gaston Dorléans, covers now more than 26 hectares of vines, located on the best hillsides of Rochecorbon, in the heart of the Loire Valley. The soils are mainly Clay and Limestone, and the grape variety is 100% Chenin Blanc. For 3 generations now, the family members of the Bourillon Dorléans have kept a traditional and high standard method of winemaking, to carry on the good quality and strong personality of the Vouvray wines. Responsible farming and low intervention during fermentation and ageing gives birth to complex, original wines, perfect for adventurous and prestigious food pairings, but also to enjoy on its own !
