Eight at the Gate is a first generation, family owned and operated wine business which produces premium cool climate wines with a strong expression of terroir. Named after their 8 children who can usually be seen hanging off a gate or a fence somewhere.
The sisters' philosophy around growing grapes and making wine is much the same as raising their children; provide a sustainable, healthy, nurturing environment and don’t interfere too much!
