The vineyard is certified organic on an estate of 600 hectares. In the southern part, the Chalaisian monks built an abbey in the 13th century. We have 11 hectares of vines on a clay-limestone soil, cut into the forest of Aleppo pine and olive trees. Beehives are placed in the hills in order to encourage pollination and goats are used to prevent fires. A modern vineyard, created with requirement and rigor according to the charter of the organic viticulture. Provence's grapes varities and Bordeaux ones. Oldest vines have 20 years.
