Vessels are very important to define style of wine. Cement vats, stainless steel tanks, amphoras, wood (oak, acacia, cherry, etc.) – some are quite common, others are just becoming trendy.
Our three great Sommeliers presented and defended their vessel of choice, explained its effects and tasted the wine together with the audience; the audience finally selected the most convincing Sommelier of this exciting battle!
